Job summary

Boston Medical Center's Hematology and Oncology Department seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Stem Cell Transplant, Cellular Therapy, and Gene Therapy programs. You will manage patient lists, coordinate pre-treatment steps, and schedule complete treatment calendars with the clinical team.

You will also oversee data management, contribute to CIBMTR reporting, create disease trackers, and help generate periodic program reports while maintaining confidentiality and high professional

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience).
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant post-collegiate professional experience required. Previous project coordination also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program patient list and master calendar; facilitate weekly program meetings.
• Schedule full treatment and coordinate with internal/external parties; prepare treatment calendars.
• Coordinate with contracted manufacturers for product scheduling and drop-off; complete pre/post-treatment reports.
• Create disease trackers and maintain patient-specific charts; support CIBMTR data submissions and reports.
• Assist in revising SOPs, program progress reports, and monitoring compliance with FACT.
