Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital, in partnership with Dana-Farber/Boston Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center, seeks a Clinical Assistant to support pediatric stem cell transplant patients. Under an RN's supervision, you will provide basic bedside nursing care, take vital signs, measure inputs/outputs, and collect labs with proper labeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside nursing care under RN supervision.
• Obtain vitals, oxygen saturation, I/O, perform EKGs and label lab specimens.
• Report unusual findings to the RN and collaborate with team.
• Assist with patient transport and stocking of supplies as needed.
