Qualifications

• Master''s degree required and MA licensure/eligibility for Assistant Principal/Principal
• At least 5 years of teaching experience with proven leadership and student achievement gains
• Experience working with diverse, multilingual student populations and strong data-driven practices

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional leadership to champion rigorous, inclusive teaching and data-informed decisions
• Oversee school culture and operations to create a safe, welcoming, and high-performing environment
• Engage families and the community to build authentic, collaborative partnerships
