Be. Org Inc in Baltimore seeks an instructor to deliver engaging STEM, SEL, and arts sessions to elementary and middle school students. You will review lesson plans, adapt activities as needed, and create new age-appropriate activities to meet learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; current college students encouraged to apply.
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time and organizational management.
• Consistent, reliable, ethical, and accountable engagement and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, engaging, and thorough programming to elementary-middle school students.
• Prepare for scheduled sessions by reviewing lesson plans/activities and adapting where necessary.
• Create new age-appropriate activities or lessons in STEM, SEL, or arts as assigned.
• Achieve stated learning objectives within the allotted time while maintaining engagement.
• Create a welcoming environment and adjust instruction to meet student skill levels.
• Provide weekly feedback to Curriculum & Content Development Specialist detailing student performance, challenges, and highlights.
• Other instructional related duties as assigned.
