Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of experience related to teaching or academic support.
• Degree or experience working in a quantitative or scientific field.
• Experience supervising student staff.
• Ability to write and speak clearly, including in a group presentation setting.

Responsibilities

• Review peer coaches’ session plans.
• Support delivery of group and one-on-one training.
• Maintain online appointment/attendance system.
• Contribute to assessment.
• Communicate with peer coaches.
• Respond to emailed questions from students and faculty.
• Schedule rooms and sessions.
• Review timecards.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring of peer coaches.
