Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical coursework helpful but not mandatory.
• Able to read technical drawings, work instructions, and quality criteria.

• Ability to work independently and across departments with shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing equipment on the steering line.
• Respond to abnormal conditions; protect product quality and contain issues.
• Assist downtime recovery, changeovers, and preventive maintenance.
• Document processes, track line status, and support continuous improvement.
