The role oversees warehousing, processing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, drives safety and ISO compliance, and partners with sales to hit margin targets while developing a high-performing team across plant managers, sales leaders, and admin staff.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis capabilities; proficiency with Excel and ERP/warehouse software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial distribution/metal service center environment.
• Knowledge of ISO policies, quality control programs, and metal processing standards.

• Operations & Logistics: Oversee warehousing, processing, shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy to ensure on-time order fulfillment.


• Safety & Compliance: Drive a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with local, state, federal, and OSHA regulations.


• Financial Management: Manage location budgets, financial forecasting, cost controls, and EBITDA/profitability targets.


• Commercial Leadership: Partner with sales and customer service teams to set margin targets, execute growth strategies, and build client relationships.


• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and coach staff, including plant managers, sales leaders, and administrative personnel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
