Turnkey Processing Solutions in Burlington, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure fabricated steel components meet dimensional, weld, and coating specifications. The role supports documentation, NCR/ECR processes, and collaboration with production and engineering teams.

The candidate should have 3+ years in steel fabrication quality inspection, strong blueprint reading, and experience with AWS/AISC; travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

Proficient in reading blueprints and weld diagrams.
Ability to inspect dimensions, hole sizes, and coatings.
Familiar with AWS/AISC standards and DFT measurement.
Good documentation and NCR/ECR handling skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect fabricated parts for dimensions, welds, and coating finish.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and blueprints.
Document inspections and assist with NCRs and ECRs.
Travel up to 20% for site inspections of outsourced fabrication.
Support quality procedure improvements and training.
Inspect incoming materials against PO specs.
Assist with material handling as needed.
