Job summary

Worthington Steel in Columbus, Ohio is hiring for our manufacturing team. We provide paid on-the-job training and a pathway to a long-term career, with full benefits starting on Day 1.

Training begins on the 1st shift. Shifts are fixed at 8 hours with paid lunch, no rotating shifts, and occasional weekend work to meet demand. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with a $1.50 per hour premium for 2nd/3rd shifts, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and potential quarterly profit-sharing.

Seeking individuals with flexibility to work any of our 3 shifts. $1.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour or more, based on experience and skills
• $1.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
• $1,500 sign-on bonus
• Quarterly profit-sharing opportunity (average $6,000 to $10,000 per year)
• Attendance bonuses up to $1,250 annually
• Overtime paid at time and a half; double time after 48 hours per week
• $180 annual safety boot allowance
