Worthington Steel is hiring for a Production Associate on the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) in Cuyahoga Heights, OH. No manufacturing experience is required; training is provided to help you learn quickly and succeed on the production floor.

What You'll Do

You'll receive hands-on training from experienced team members to learn how to:

Previous manufacturing or equipment experience is helpful, but it is not required.

Your Schedule

This opening is specifically for 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Approximately 90 days of paid training on 1st shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• After training, transition to 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• 8-hour shifts with a paid lunch
• Most weeks are approximately 48 hours and include required weekend overtime, typically worked on 1st shift

Please make sure you can accommodate both the first-shift training schedule and the regular third-shift schedule before applying.
