Triple-S Steel is seeking a Production Manager / Processing Manager to lead branch production and processing operations. You will manage supervisors, optimize capacity, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, workforce management, and cost control to meet safety and performance targets. Competitive salary with weekly pay and benefits offered upon eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production, processing, manufacturing, steel service center, distribution, or related industrial environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in production or processing.
• Experience managing Production Supervisors, Leads, or other production personnel.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, workforce management, and operational performance metrics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, steel processing, material handling, warehouse, or distribution operations preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and workplace safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and provide direction for all production and processing activities within the branch.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production and processing based on customer requirements and capacity.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and to specification.
• Set and monitor production goals, targets, and KPIs.
• Track output, labor use, downtime, scrap, and throughput metrics.
• Identify and implement efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Ensure staffing levels meet production needs and adjust as required.
• Develop and manage production schedules and adjust priorities.
• Supervise Production Supervisors, Leads, and personnel; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of production staff.
• Coordinate with HR on employee relations, performance, attendance, and related matters.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety policies; promote a strong safety culture.
• Oversee maintenance and safe operation of production equipment and facilities.
