Leeco Steel in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Representative to manage an existing customer roster and drive new business in the steel plate market. This in-person role requires travel to customers and regional events to grow share and build lasting relationships.

You will analyze market conditions, forecast sales by month, quarter and year, and report findings to Sales Managers. Competitive base salary with uncapped monthly commissions and ongoing training are offered.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn the steel industry and products quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attentive to details.

Mansioni

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
• Grow sales by acquiring new steel plate customers.
• Monitor market trends, analyze conditions, and report to Sales Managers.

• Review distributor performance and take corrective action.
