Job summary

RC Industries in Indiana seeks an experienced welder to join our shop floor team. You will weld parts to print, clean equipment, and complete jobs on time while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include performing MIG/TIG welds, conducting in-process checks, mentoring teammates, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives. Safety and quality come first across all shifts and tasks.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ MIG/TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Accurate measurement with calipers and tape.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.

The employee is occasionally required to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment while visiting manufacturing departments.The manufacturing warehouse has heat; however, temperature fluctuates throughout the day.Various machinery, equipment and forklifts are used in the manufacturing areas.
