Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience aluminum MIG/TIG welding.
• Basic math and measurement skills with tape measure and calipers.
• Able to read, understand and follow work instructions and blueprints.
• Able to use small hand tools and stay flexible with priorities.
• Experience using overhead cranes and lifting devices.
• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Perform MIG/TIG welds spatter free in accordance with quality specs.
• Move items according to schedule using Shop Floor Mobile.
• Conduct in-process checks and report defects to Front-Line Leader.
• Complete 5S assignments.
• Timely labor reporting for jobs in Shop Floor Mobile.
• Wear PPE and follow safety rules at all times.
• Mentor and train others to meet delivery dates and customer expectations.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in lean manufacturing activities.

Uphold RC Industries quality model by conducting all in-process checks as well as report any defects to your Front-Line Leader 4. Ensure 5s assignments are complete 5.
