Job summary

Banker-Steel-Company,-LLC-1 is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA to lead daily fabrication shop operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery of fabricated steel products.

This role supervises fabrication personnel, coordinates workflow and production priorities, and develops employees while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural steel fabrication experience, including welding and fitting operations.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to supervise and develop teams of 20+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of fabricators, fitters, welders, material handlers, and support personnel.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Execute production schedules and shipping priorities to meet customer commitments and company objectives.
• Coordinate workflow, manpower, equipment, and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate workforce documentation and reporting.
