Job summary

Milwaukee Succeeds in Kenosha, WI is seeking an Estimator to own the quoting function for our century-old Southeast Wisconsin steel fabrication shop. You will turn drawings into takeoffs, BOMs, and quotes that keep the backlog full and production running on accurate numbers.

You will review drawings, flag discrepancies, work with customers, collaborate with purchasing on material availability and pricing, and build quotes inside JobBOSS ERP.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience in steel fabrication including takeoffs, quotes, and BOM development.

Responsibilities

• Turn drawings into accurate material takeoffs, BOMs, and customer quotes.
• Own estimating end to end from drawing review to final quote.
• Flag drawing discrepancies and resolve with customers.
• Partner with purchasing on material availability and pricing.
• Build and manage quotes in JobBOSS ERP.
• Provide production with clean, accurate job costing.
