Accelerate Talent Group is seeking an Estimator for a century-old Southeast Wisconsin steel fabricator. You’ll turn drawings into takeoffs, BOMs, and quotes, owning the estimating process from review to final quote.

Expect to collaborate with purchasing on material availability and pricing, ensuring accurate job costing. This role sits on the shop floor with direct access to ownership and a diverse, custom fabrication backlog.

Qualificações

• Estimating experience in steel fabrication including takeoffs, quotes, BOMs.
• Ability to read fabrication and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of structural steel components (angle, plate, beams).
• Experience in a job shop or custom fabrication environment.
• Comfort working near live production floor.
• Clear communication with coworkers and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Turn drawings into accurate material takeoffs, BOMs, and quotes
• Own estimating end to end, from drawing review through final quote
• Flag drawing discrepancies and work with customers to clarify
• Partner with purchasing on material availability and pricing
• Build and manage quotes inside the JobBOSS ERP system
• Provide production with clean, accurate job costing
