Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 10+ years in construction as a Supervisor.
• Expertise with self-perform steel erection scopes of significant size.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Primavera and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule, erection sequencing, logistics and equipment selection for steel erection scopes on pursuits and awarded projects.
• Create the project start-up guide and quality assurance program.
• Develop 1-2 month look-ahead work schedules.
