Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the construction field as a Supervisor.
Expertise with self-perform steel erection scopes of significant size.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Primavera and Procore.

Responsibilities

Create the project start-up guide & quality assurance program.
Build a 1-2 month look ahead work schedule.
Schedule labor, materials, equipment and is knowledgeable on EWM procedures.
Purchase of project construction materials.
Read and understand contracts with owners and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, craft workforce and other contractors.
Participate in project planning meetings.
Set sequence and directions for field and subcontractor work forces.
Assist PM on estimating change orders.
Prepare and sequence site logistics within budget and schedule restraint.
Foresee and mitigate schedule conflicts with subcontractors and self-performed work.
