Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for steel erection in Wisconsin.

You will oversee multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects from award through completion, coordinating field operations, equipment, materials, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role requires at least 5 years of project management experience and familiarity with Bluebeam, OST, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection; project management experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with On-Screen Take-offs (OST) would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment and demonstrating leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects from award through completion
• Review blueprints, specifications, budgets, and contract documents
• Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and field operations
• Set up and manage projects using project management software
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts
• Meet regularly with clients and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project costs, productivity, cash flow, and financial forecasts
• Assist with project billings and cash flow management
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project partners
