Span Construction & Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Lead Person (Steel Erection) to supervise Employee-Owners in erecting pre-engineered steel buildings. You will support safety, lead small crews, and help meet project schedules on site.

This entry-level supervisory role progresses toward foreman responsibilities. Ideal candidates have 5 years of trade experience, OSHA 30, and the ability to read construction drawings.

Competenze

• 5 years trade experience in Pre-engineered Steel Building Erection.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications required.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings/plans.

Mansioni

• Lead small crews safely and efficiently, under supervision.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with Superintendent/Foreman to meet schedules.
• Maintain site organization, tools, and equipment inventory.
• Assist with onboarding and training of Employee-Owners.
