Job summary

A leading employee-owned construction company is looking for an experienced Field Foreman to oversee steel erection projects. This critical role ensures safe and efficient completion of structural steel installations. The Foreman will manage field operations, enforce safety standards, and train a skilled team of ironworkers. Candidates should have at least 5 years in the field, strong blueprint skills, and must be a certified welder. Competitive compensation based on experience is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel erection.
• Certified welder (AWS D1.1 SMAW, Positions 1F–4F & 1G–4G).
• Completed OSHA 10‑Hour Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and personnel management.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on-site.
• Train and mentor ironworkers on safe practices.
