Responsibilities

• Verifies alignment of steel members using plumb bobs, lasers, or levels.
• Cuts, bends, or welds steel pieces using torches or welding equipment.
• Assembles hoisting equipment to move heavy materials.
• Inspects subordinates' work for compliance with plans and specs.
