Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or engineering, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to support project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Support the preparation of progress reports and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project management, fabrication, and field teams to ensure engineering requirements are understood and implemented.
• Identify and communicate design or constructability issues and propose solutions.
• Verify material specifications and quantities in coordination with procurement and vendors.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings and ensuring alignment with design intent and project standards.
