Qualifications

• Significant experience in project management for structural steel construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, and construction practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems; proactive planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead project teams including engineers, fabricators, erectors, and subcontractors.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Control costs by tracking materials, labor, and equipment; manage change orders.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and coordination, including contracts.
• Maintain accurate shop and field documentation and oversee closeout.
