Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare competitive bid proposals for commercial, industrial, and federal construction projects in Louisville, KY. You will review structural steel drawings, specifications, and related documentation to build accurate cost estimates.

The role requires strong ability to interpret plans, perform material takeoffs, and evaluate supplier quotes while coordinating with sales and client relations to ensure bids meet customer needs and safety
