Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Estimator
• Strong understanding of Bluebeam and Excel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of detailing and construction codes and standards
• Familiarity with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and construction estimating
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency
• Have the ability to adapt when jobs require

This is a Full-Time, in-person employment position.

What Your Role Looks Like:

• Estimating and bidding small sized to multi-million dollar steel structures.
• Utilizing Bluebeam/Revu software to review, measure and annotate construction drawings
• Communicate with material suppliers and vendors pricing and availability
• Prepare and submit competitive bids within established deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Estimator - Photos or Videos of past work is highly encouraged
• Strong understanding of Bluebeam and Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of key detailing and construction codes and standards
• Familiarity with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and construction estimating is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

What Success Looks Like:

• Complete, on-time release of detailed projects at all phases of drawing
• Work is not returned due to detailing errors
• Making Drawings clear and easy to understand for our Fabricators and Customers
