Job summary

G-10 Construction LLC seeks a driven Estimator to craft accurate bids for structural steel, PEMBs, and related metals across commercial and industrial markets. You will analyze plans and bid documents to assess costs, risks, and profitability, partnering with PMs and field leadership.

You will perform quantity takeoffs, build labor/material estimates, and coordinate subcontractor quotes while spotting risks early to protect margins in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years estimating experience in steel or construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Experience with Excel and estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam).
• Knowledge of steel erection, rigging, or field operations is a plus.

Overview

G10 Construction is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Estimator to support our growing steel erection operations. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive bids for structural steel, pre-engineered metal buildings, and miscellaneous steel projects across commercial and industrial markets.

The Estimator plays a critical role in project success by analyzing plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop cost estimates, identify risks, and support strategic project pursuit. This position works closely with project management, field leadership, and executive team members to ensure bids align with company capabilities, profitability goals, and market conditions.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and contributes to building a strong, scalable pipeline of projects.

Requirements
