Qualifications

• Reading complex blueprints and understanding construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid document distribution with Document Control.
• Prepare scope, alternates and exclusions for proposals.
• Perform material and labor take-off using company software.
• Create cost recaps and vendor scope analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with designers on budget pricing and work scope.
• Assist Project Managers during turnover from bid to construction.
