Job summary

Con Edison is seeking highly motivated professionals to join the Steam Projects Civil Section within the Steam and Gas Engineering Department. The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring safety and environmental excellence.

Ideal candidates will bring leadership experience, solid engineering background in industrial/utility building design and construction support, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Provide engineering support for building design, analysis, inspection, repair, and field construction.
• Demonstrate leadership with direct supervision and team motivation.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with the Incident Command System.
• Availability for 24/7 emergency work as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for industrial/utility building design, analysis, inspection, repair, and construction field support.
