Job summary

Best of the Batch Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead STEAM-based and OST programs for K–12 students. The role blends direct youth engagement with logistics and data tracking, ensuring outcomes align with grant requirements and measurable impact. Work hours are 9am-5:30pm.

You will plan and deliver curricula, supervise sessions, manage materials, and build partnerships with schools and community organizations. Strong data skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education/STEAM or Youth Development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in youth programs, preferably STEAM/OST.
  • Data tracking and reporting experience.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work some evenings/weekends and travel locally.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement STEAM curriculum and enrichment activities for K–12 students.
  • Coordinate OST programming including academic support, wellness, and career readiness.
  • Schedule, supervise daily sessions, field trips, workshops, and events.
  • Collect and track attendance, assessments, surveys, and behavior observations.
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and part-time staff.
  • Build partnerships with schools and community organizations.
  • Communicate progress with parents/guardians and stakeholders.
