Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking a friendly server to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and ensure a high level of guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team, follow established dress code and POS procedures, assist with cleanings and stocking, and participate in training such as TIPS and Treasure Island safety standards to maximize guest satisfaction and tips.

Qualifications

• 6 months Server experience in similar culinary environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and pre-bus tables.
• Operate POS system and handle cash and cash equivalents.
• Answer questions, provide menu suggestions, and share event information.
• Complete stocking and cleaning duties.
• Support coworkers and maintain guest service standards.
• Communicate with management to ensure superior service.
