Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring a Line Cook for the Double Cut Steakhouse in Round Rock, TX. You will assist the restaurant Chef in the preparation and completion of food items, ensuring high-quality meals and consistent presentation for our guests.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll support and inspire associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related progressive experience as a culinary graduate or 1 year of progressive culinary experience in a hotel/restaurant facility
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment listed in the ad
• Steakhouse experience is desired

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete food items under supervision in the Double Cut Steakhouse
• Ensure consistent food preparation, portioning, timing, serving and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen equipment and areas per safety standards
