Job summary

US1142 Buckhead Meat of Dallas, Inc. is seeking a dependable meat processing teammate to support steak cutting operations in Dallas. You will trim steaks, label products with proper grade, and help ensure quality before products leave the prep table.

You will fill orders, evaluate quality, marinate steaks using tumblers and injectors, and assist portion cutters while maintaining safety and product standards. Training is provided to learn muscle/trim types and ticket processing.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders and evaluate quality at the end of the steak cutting machines
• Marinade steaks using tumblers and injectors.
• Full knowledge of muscles and trim types of all muscles processed for the portion cut department.
• Ability to read and process tickets that prep table is responsible for the processing.
• Ability to assist portion cutters
• Bonding product
