Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend customer-specific instructions.
• Accurate portioning of beef, pork, lamb and veal for future processing.
• Perform quality control checks and communicate defects to supervisors/managers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production with supervisors and production managers.
• Clean, trim, slice, and portion subprimals.
• Inspect meat products for defects and remove as needed.
• Read and follow customer specifications precisely.
• Weigh meats and tag containers for weight and contents.
