Siemens Energy, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Stator Assembler B to learn all operations of rotor-to-core assembly and become familiar with tools and equipment used for generator final assembly.

You will contribute to assembling rotor-to-core components and related parts on the generator within a team focused on precision and safety. Join the Gas Services group and support low-emission power generation initiatives while developing hands-on skills with shop tools and precision measuring

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Prefer 4+ years of industrial-mechanical experience.
• Experience with shop tools and selecting the right tool for the task.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lb materials.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotor to core assembly, bearings, pedestals, and all other parts assembled on the generator.
