Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial-mechanical experience.
• Proficiency with shop tools – grinders, sanders, drills, ratchets, wrenches, etc.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lb. materials.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment and read basic forms.
• Must pass hearing, vision, and pulmonary tests and be fit to wear a respirator.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become familiar with all tools and equipment for generator core assembly.
• Perform fitting and assembly to build complete cores, torque and tension bolts per drawings.
• Set up and operate robots, clean and detail generator cores.
• Build and assemble pressure plates and process all aspects of manufacturing service generator cores.
