Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Stator Winder B to join our Gas Services team in a hands-on winding and assembly role. You will work with tooling, perform winding, blocking, brazing, insulating, and prep for heat cycles (GVPI) to drive production quality.

You will collaborate with peers to maintain a safe work environment and use precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy in every unit built.

Qualifications

• A high school education or equivalent is required.
• Ideally, you have 4 or more years of industrial-mechanical experience.
• Proficiency with shop tools and the ability to use precision measuring equipment.
• Basic math skills, along with the ability to read, write, and complete simple forms.
• Successful applicants must pass hearing, vision, and pulmonary tests.
• You must be fit to wear a respirator.
• Ability to obtain a fork truck license is required.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient with all tooling and equipment necessary for the winding process.
• Wind, block, band, mix resin, clean, braze, insulate, and set up for heat cycles (GVPI) to ensure efficient production.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment to guarantee accuracy in your work.
