Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Stator Assembler to support final generator assembly, learning rotor-to-core components, bearings and pedestals with precision and safety. You will use grinders, drills, and wrenches, measure parts with accuracy, and move items up to 50 pounds as part of a skilled manufacturing team.

Working alongside experienced technicians, you will gain exposure to forklift and crane operations while upholding quality standards in a dynamic energy equipment environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of industrial or mechanical experience preferred.
• Proficiency using common shop tools and selecting the appropriate tool for the task.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and perform basic calculations.
• Must read/write simple forms and pass hearing/vision tests.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current/future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform all operations associated with Stator Assembler B and generator final assembly processes.
• Assemble rotor-to-core components, bearings, pedestals, and other generator parts according to specifications.
• Safely operate and select appropriate shop tools (grinders, sanders, drills, ratchets, wrenches).
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards.
• Move and position materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
• Obtain and safely operate forklift and crane equipment to support assembly activities.
