Job summary
Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Stationary Engineer to operate and maintain eight Cleaver‑Brooks boilers at a Frederick, Maryland facility.
You will monitor plant performance, enforce safety policies, and respond to emergencies while maintaining strong customer relations and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Maryland Stationary Engineer license or ability to obtain one, plus 5 years’ boiler experience and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- > High school diploma or GED
- > 5 years boiler operating experience or combination of education and relevant experience
- > Grade 1 Maryland Stationary Engineer license or ability to obtain one
- > Federal Security Clearance (HSPD-12) or eligibility
- > Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- > Strong customer service, communication, and independence
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain eight Cleaver-Brooks boilers and related equipment.
- Ensure safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as on-site Constellation representative and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor plant operations via control systems and respond to emergencies.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and document all activities.
- Implement LOTO procedures and complete required safety paperwork.
