Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Class A Engineer’s license required.
• CFC Universal Certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with HVAC systems.
• Experience with BAS controls and programming.
• Knowledge of High-Pressure Steam Operations and Heat Transfer.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and general maintenance on heating, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Respond to emergencies and system breakdowns promptly.
• Supervise other employees as needed.
