Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Part-time Stationary Engineer to operate and maintain boilers, chillers, AHU and related systems. You will read gauges, monitor BAS, and coordinate with the Chief Engineer to ensure safety and reliability across the casino and hotel facilities.

The role requires extensive boiler room experience, MD licensure as Fourth Grade Stationary Engineer, and a valid MD driver’s license. On-site work with a fast-paced environment and strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 7–10 years boiler room operation experience; 3 years with boilers >200 HP and chillers >500 tons.
• Ability to operate a building automation system (Siemens Desigo/Insight).
• Flexible schedule with possible extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Operate boilers, chillers, AHU and related equipment per Chief Engineer.
• Read gauges, record readings and monitor conditions.
• Lubricate fans, pumps, motors, and auxiliaries.
• Maintain maintenance records and material logs.
• Monitor BAS and adjust as needed.
• Tour plants and inspect equipment during shifts.
• Assist maintenance techs as needed in casino/hotel.
• Communicate issues to Chief Engineer clearly.
