Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia in Hanover, MD is seeking a Part-time Stationary Engineer to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and related equipment.

You will support safe, efficient facility operations and coordinate with the Chief Engineer. Responsibilities include reading gauges, recording readings, lubricating equipment, maintaining records, monitoring the BAS, and assisting other maintenance staff.

Qualificações

• Must have MD driver's license with no more than 5 points.
• Maryland Fourth Grade Stationary Engineer license required.
• 7–10 years' boiler room operation experience; 3+ years with boilers >200 HP and chillers >500 tons.
• Willingness to be flexible with work schedule; extended hours possible.
• Experience operating a building automation system, preferably Siemens, Desigo/Insight.

Responsabilidades

• Operates boilers, chillers, A/C equipment and ancillary equipment per Chief Engineer.
• Read gauges and meters; record readings of operating conditions.
• Lubricate fans, pumps, motors, and other ancillary equipment.
• Keep maintenance records and materials records.
• Monitor BAS and adjust as needed.
• Tour plants and inspect equipment during the shift.
• Assist maintenance techs as needed with casino/hotel work.
• Communicate issues to the Chief Engineer clearly.
