Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated, reliable Station Operations Coordinator in our Ground Handling Department to allocate daily staffing to flights and related tasks, using staffing programs and reports.

The role requires strong decision-making, familiarity with MS Office, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure safe, on-time operations; starting rate is $17.75 per hour, with bonuses per company policy.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to allocate staffing efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with staffing programs and airline operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in a safety-conscious environment.
• Effectively allocate resources to enable team members to meet goals.
• Allocate resources per bargaining agreements and local policies.
• Use staffing programs (Prime, GET, RNV, Sabre) to identify needs and generate reports.
• Understand policies and goals and translate them into daily routines.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and perform administrative duties.
• Maximize station performance by adapting to changing conditions and solving problems.
• Carry out additional station coordination duties as required.
