Qualifications

Experience with staffing allocation and day-of operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work with Collective Bargaining Agreements and local policies.

Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence in a safety-conscious environment.
Effectively allocate resources to enable team members to meet goals.
Allocate resources per Collective Bargaining Agreements and local policies.
Use staffing programs to identify day-of needs and provide required reports.
Understand and implement corporate policies and goals in daily routines.
Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports and perform administrative duties.
Maximize station performance by adapting to operational changes and solving problems.
Perform additional station coordination duties as required.
