DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Station Manager to lead the Raleigh/Durham (RDU) station's P&L and day-to-day operations, guiding a team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

You will drive employee engagement, manage costs and partner relationships, and coordinate with the AFR product and global network to grow both local and network business, while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Good understanding of freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge of station level administrative matters
• Ability to take ownership and drive station solutions independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Station’s EBIT result
• Ensure employee engagement, targeting for the best results
• Ensure and Improve customer satisfaction via Service First incl. process improvements
• Deals with local authorities and acts as a legal representative of the station
• Leads negotiations with external suppliers
• Accompanies Field Sales and Key Account Sales on visits to important clients or prospective clients
• Hiring decisions at station level and functional strategy decisions
• Setting performance targets and evaluating achievement
• Collaborate with AFR product and DGF global network partners
