Job summary

DHL Express invites a Station Service Manager to lead and optimize the service center operations in Wichita, KS. You will supervise pickup/delivery activities, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and DHL policies.

Collaborative leadership will partner with sales to grow the customer base and meet targets. Your role requires a BS/BA with 6–8 years of related experience and at least 2 years in supervisory positions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 6-8 years' related field experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory or MOS leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of operations, planning, and budgets.
• Excellent customer service and cross-cultural skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient Service Center operations for pickup and delivery personnel.
• Ensure shipments comply with DHL guidelines and regulations.
• Develop operations plans and budgets based on goals.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive customer growth and calls targets.
• Coach and train sales reps in smaller locations.
• Ensure compliance with import/export duties and tariffs where applicable.
• Supervise and develop staff; hiring and performance reviews.
• Assign work and manage completion dates.
• Maintain safety and security compliance and DHL policies.
