Job summary

Advanced Air, LLC is seeking a Station Lead to oversee in-person operations at an assigned station. You will supervise CSAs, coordinate training, and ensure safety, service quality, and on-time performance across flights and ground services.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with Federal directives and security requirements while delivering excellent customer service to passengers and guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years as a supervisor / team leader.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with PSS/DCS Systems preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, and Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, Drive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise station personnel to promote safety, service quality, on-time performance, and teamwork.
• Coordinate training of all station personnel on station duties.
• Ensure safety compliance of aircraft, customers, facilities, and staff; address issues and take corrective action.
• Oversee PSS/DCS procedures and credit card processing; ensure policy adherence.
• Draft department schedules to cover all active flight operations; manage station inventory.
