Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and DHS/ICE suitability eligibility.
• 3+ years in airline station operations, ground ops, dispatch/OCC, or line maintenance coordination.
• Ability to pass TSA Security Threat Assessment and fingerprint CHRC.
• Ability to obtain and hold ELP SIDA badge.
• Pre-employment and random DOT drug/alcohol testing is required.
• Valid driver's license with ramp privileges eligibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and flight-following or scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily station operations to ensure on-time performance.
• Lead pre-departure coordination with Captain and ground handling.
• Track departures/arrivals and report delays with codes to OCC/dispatch.
• Manage irregular operations with SOC for diversions, weather, or schedule changes.
• Maintain station records and prepare routine reports for audits.
