Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is seeking an on-site Station Supervisor/CSR to support daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safe, courteous service at our Bellevue, WA locations.

You will assist the Station Manager, oversee shifts, and ensure adherence to CSI policies and loss prevention practices. Requirements include English proficiency, experience in fast-paced retail or fuel environments, cash handling, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environments with cash handling.
• Experience operating a cash register and related equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety for food storage and serving.
• Availability for varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma and age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction to staff during shifts to cover station operations (customer service, stocking, cleaning, food-service).
• Assist with product inventory management and coordinate with other stations to limit out-of-stocks in the zone.
• Follow CSI guidance to ensure correct volume and products; conduct mini-audits for stock accuracy.
• Adhere to cash/money handling and accountability; comply with Loss Prevention processes.
• Maintain and operate food service equipment; assist CSRs as needed.
• Inform Station Manager of issues affecting service, safety, profitability or policy adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and use of PPE; maintain overall safety.
• Use computer programs to support daily operations (retail, gas sales, paperwork, deliveries).
• In the Station Manager's absence, keep Business Consultant informed of operations and issues.
• Perform CSR duties as needed and other duties assigned.
